Sara Valanejad, PharmD, MSCR, BCPS
Dr. Valanejad is the Lead Pharmacist for the Internal Medicine pharmacy team and Director of the PGY-2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency Program. Additionally, she currently serves as the interim Clinical Operations Manager for the Cardiology, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine pharmacy teams. Dr. Valanejad earned her PharmD and Master of Science in Clinical Research from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and completed her PGY1 and PGY2 Internal Medicine residency at Wake Forest Baptist Health.
